REFUND POLICY
At Dogma House, we want you to love your shirt as unconditionally as your Dog loves you. If you don't, we'll make it right. No guilt. No purgatory. No lengthy confession required.
THE GUARANTEE
If you're unhappy with your shirt for any reason within 30 days of purchase — wrong size, damage, a printing defect, or it simply isn't what you hoped — you choose how we fix it:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement shirt (same design, or the same shirt in a different size)
Your call. We won't argue. We're Dog people; we know what unconditional means.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Email support@dogmahouse.com with:
- Your order number
- A sentence or two about what went wrong
- Your choice: refund or replacement (for size swaps, tell us the size you want instead)
- A photo of the shirt. If something's wrong with it, show us. If your Dog wants to be in the picture, we are not going to object.
There are real Dog people on the other end of that email and we will treat you accordingly.
Requests must reach us within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, the covenant expires — so don't sit on it.
A NOTE ON WASHING
Your shirt is a sacred object. Treat it like one. Follow the care instructions included with your order and it will outlast most of your relationships. Ignore them and that's between you and Dog.
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. For the most current version, reach out at support@dogmahouse.com and we'll get you sorted faster than your Dog figured out where you hide the treats.
