REFUND POLICY
At Dogma House, we want you to love your shirt as unconditionally as your dog loves you. If something went wrong, we'll make it right. No guilt. No purgatory. No lengthy confession required.
We offer refunds for:
- Items sent incorrectly — wrong size, wrong design, wrong anything
- Damaged or defective products that arrived that way
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, the covenant expires — so don't sit on it.
To request a refund, contact us at support@dogmahouse.com with your order number and a brief description of what went wrong. We're real dog people on the other end of that email and we will treat you accordingly.
A note on washing: Your shirt is a sacred object. Treat it like one. Follow the care instructions included with your order and it will outlast most of your relationships. Ignore them and that's between you and Dog.
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. For the most current version, reach out to us at support@dogmahouse.com and we'll get you sorted faster than your dog figured out where you hide the treats.
