SHIPPPING POLICY
Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more ship free. Consider it a blessing. Your dog would want this for you.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business daysof placing your order. Processing times may stretch a little longer during peak periods — the holidays are busy for everyone, including the devoted. We appreciate your patience and so does Saint Lobo.
Shipping & Delivery: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Your sacred dog apparel is on its way. It knows where it's going.
Order Updates: The moment your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you and your dog can monitor its journey together from the couch. We understand. We are also like this.
Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system. Your financial information is protected, your order is in good hands, and your dog will never know how much you spent. That last part is between us.
A Note on Delays: Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and the general chaos of existence can occasionally intervene. These things are outside our control but inside our awareness. If something seems off with your order, reach out at support@dogmahouse.com with your order number and we'll get it sorted.
